DEA Regulatory Status
Regulatory Status of Cannabinoids
Purisys constantly works with global regulatory agencies on the subject of regulatory status of our ingredients. This includes work with the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) on descheduling of cannabinoids. The descheduling process will ease the regulatory compliance activities for companies developing pharmaceutical and consumer products with Purisys ingredients. Descheduling affects quotas, aggregates, secure vault storage and more. This also means our customers will no longer need DEA registrations to work with these materials. Please check back often as we expect additional compounds will become descheduled in the near future.
To date, the following Purisys compounds we have definitively determined are not controlled by the DEA when they have less than 0.3% THC.
